This is a trim option for all Panel beds we build. It is 3/4 inch solid birch planed down to 1/2 inch thick. It is 2 5/8 inch wide and all corners are cut to 45 degrees. The front door would end up looking like two doors about 30 inches wide with the 2/3 on top and the 1/3 on the bottom. I can also make them into four doors, call for quote. The way to attach these is with eight 6 inch Irwin clamps. I glue them with titebond wood glue and clamp them to the surface, then I screw them thru the back of the 3/4 plywood doors.The screws are covered up by the mattress frame.Put a coat of sanding sealer on the door face ahead of time so the gule doesn't leave a stain. Then I use 1 inch drywall screws on every corner and in the middle, no countersinking needed. I take some oil based wood putty(natural) and slide it over all corners, let dry and sand with 100 then 220 grit sandpaper. The screws are included and the trim is precut and planed ready just for YOU.
